The New Year's Eve Menu

To start

Blackened spring onion labneh, fennel seed focaccia crisps


Crab and stout rarebit on brioche toast, dill pickled cucumber
And/Or
Truffled Jerusalem artichoke and stout rarebit on brioche toast, dill pickled cucumber (Vegetarian menu)

The main event

Glazed short-rib of beef, caramelised cauliflower and Old Winchester cheese purée, beef-fat potato terrine, brandy shallot and green peppercorn sauce
And/Or
Pithivier of confit potato, melted onion, Old Winchester cheese and spinach, roasted purple carrots with raisins, pine nuts and parsley (Vegetarian menu)

    Unfortunately we aren't able to to offer any swaps or alterations to our menus. For allergy information please see here.

  • Order cut off

    Orders will be open until midnight on the 15th December, unless we sell out before.

  • Packaging

    We'll deliver right to your door in insulated & chilled, curbside recyclable boxes.

    We've done our best to limit the amount of plastic you receive so you'll be happy to hear that some of our items will come in glass bowls and jars that you're welcome to keep and reuse.

  • Delivery

    We will deliver via our courier, DPD, on Friday 29th December, or you can choose to collect from our Elite Bistro HQ in Chester (on Friday 29th December only from 12.00 - 19.00)
